International Shipping

We strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible.  All orders placed on our website ship within 48 hours of processing payment.

For purchases over $400 shipping is free to all around the world. The shipping rate for orders under $400 is a flat fee of $50. 

Tracking is included with all orders and will be provided by email when the order is shipped out. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, orders are shipped Monday through Friday with Korean Post.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. We strive to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We ship via Korea Post. Orders over $400.00 US$ receive free shipping!

For standard shipments please allow 1-3 days for handling and between 7-15 business days for your order to arrive. We ship Monday-Friday, so weekend orders may take 2 or 3 days for fulfilment.

If more than 15 days have passed please email us at gangnamauthentic@gmail.com to review the status of your order.

If multiple orders are placed to the same delivery address within 24 hours they may be combined into a single shipment. 

Please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are entered correctly as discrepancies may cause processing delays. 

All orders include tracked shipping. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address you provided.

Delivery times are approximations and delays during shipping are out of our control so they cannot be used as grounds for cancelling an order.

Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout. International orders are shipped via Korea Post and shipping times may vary.

Duties and Customs

All international customers are responsible for any import duties and customs and taxes that are applicable to their country. All orders will be marked as 'Used' and declared at the purchase price, orders cannot be declared as a gift.
