If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. All returns must be shipped within 5 business days from the date of receiving the return shipping label.

Note: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your return credit. Please allow 48 hours for re-authentication and processing before any credits are issued.

At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchases. Due to the limited nature of these items, all pre-owned handbags, clothing, shoes, and accessories are non-refundable. If your item is grossly misrepresented, we will offer an exchange for the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges incurred by the post office. These rare exchanges must be postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and shipping via traceable and insured mail. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.

International postage costs are not refundable. A return can be made by emailing us at gangnamauthentic@gmail.com before 5pm AEST on the final day of the returns period, and then by promptly following our returns instructions given.

 All items are guaranteed authentic but if an item is found is not authentic ( professional authentication report ) or not as described, we will accept returns for special cases. If you receive an item that you do not believe is authentic or is not as described, please email us immediately at gangnamauthentic@gmail.com so we can properly assess and rectify the situation accordingly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 48 hours following payment. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
